What does delivery cost?

Shipping is FREE for all orders over R350. If your order is under R350 then a one-time-delivery fee of R65 will be added at checkout – thank you for understanding.

When do I receive my shipment?

Delivery typically takes between 5 -7 working days and is fully tracked with The Courier Guy – you will receive and order confirmation and tracking details in the next few working hours after order has been placed.

Returns

Thank you for your purchase.  We trust you are pleased with your order. However, if you have received a defective or damaged product, please get in touch with us using the contact information provided below.

We will be glad to assist you in arranging an exchange for the affected product. We don’t offer refunds however we will exchange the product. Thank you for understanding.
